GradeQuick Plugin

I have a setup.exe that installs a plugin for GradeQuick Web. Grade Quick is a program that I need to install it unattended and preferably silently. I have tried /? and it told me to use /S /v /qn switches but it does not work. I tried USSF and it told me to use /s /v /qb. Does any one know how I can repackage the setp.exe or change it to a .msi file. I can email the file if need be.
