Spybot 1.5.2.20

Hello I'm trying to fully automate the installation of Spybot 1.5.2.20

What I currently have is:

:For the program installation:

Spybot Search & Destroy /VERYSILENT /SP- /components="main,skins"

:After the program has been installed I run:

"\"%ProgramFiles%\Spybot~1\SpybotSD.exe\" /taskbarhide /autoclose /autoupdate /autoimmunize /autofix /autocheck /VERYSILENT"

There are a few problems I've run into and was hoping someone could help me with this, I can't seem to find a way to automatically check the Legal menu that pops up after I run this. I always have to click "okay" than it will continue to move on with the update and scanning.

Also is there a way I can create a script that will allow me to auto fix selected problems once the scan has been completed?

I do apologize if there has already been a posting for this, I had searched around but only found the switches on how to install the app.
