i want to add something to the accesories. gow do i do this in the iso form

If I understand you correctly you would like to add a shortcut to an application to the Accessories folder in your Start Menu? You can do so via a simple batch script for example during setup using Shortcut.exe for example, or you could add a command to an SFX-archive which creates the shortcut for you, et cetera.
