Check '\I386\WINNT.SIF' and if it's cabbed, the uncab it and look for 'OemPreInstall' which needs to be 'Yes' and then also check if the 'GuiRunOnce' section's path to the batchfile is correct. If you don't use 'GuiRunOnce' from WINNT.SIF, but use nLite's 'RunOnce' section, then the GuiRunOnce section in WINNT.SIF will be set by nLite to run NLITE.CMD, and so then you need to check '\I386\NLITE.CMD' to see if the path to the batchfile which you've entered into nLite's 'RunOnce' section is correct. Finally, then also check that you are using the $OEM$ folders in the correct way, as per the MSFN guide states i.e. something like '\$OEM$\$1\install\'.
