SVCPACK.INF and W2K3 R2 x64

I have created a SVCPACK folder under AMD64

I have copied one file IE7.EXE to the SVCPACK folder

I have deleted the SVCPACK.IN_ under the AMD64 folder

I have created a SVCPACK.INF as attached

SVCPACK.INF

I have modified the DOSNET.INF as attached

DOSNET.INF

However during the install IE7 is not executed and no svcpack.log is created.

This does work fine on x86 but not on x64 do i need to add IE7.EXE to the files section in the DOSNET.INF ?

can anyone confirm if the SVCPACK files should reside in the AMD64 folder of the i386?
