Scandisk When U Preformat An Unattended Install

Well I looked through the reference docs etc and couldnt find anything on this. I format my drives with Partition Magic before my install starts because I use D:\ for %ProgramFiles%

However Windows always wants to run scandisk on them before and after the install when ever I do this. Anyone know how I can disable this? Or disable scandisk in general? It does me no good and adds additional time on to the install while it checks disk I know are fine.
