vLite crashes when applying settings.

I am running a full version of XP Pro SP2 with all updates current. .Net 1, 2, and 3.0 are installed. I am trying to vLite Vista Business "For Upgrade Use Only" so I assume that would be BusinessN.

The problem that I am having is when it gets to the "applying settings" step, it crashes. I have attached my last session file, hope that helps.
