i am trying to compare XP and Vista, 32 bits and 64bits. and see which is best. what can i use?

I am running benchamark tests very often.3DMark is very good , but you can make a difference testing with Everest or (a little older,but good) Sandra Lite . My preferred is the Everest.Hope helps.
