Folder Sync?

I have a download folder that i keep my music and other downloads in... but my friends and i want to all share what we have downloaded. I was going to use Microsoft Groove but has a folder limit of 2gb :-/ ... i could simply put them into more than one folder but would make things more difficult.

anyone know a way / or program that we can sync folders between us?

There are about 5 people and 20gb of software & music etc.
