Integration of drivers not working

Featured Replies

Hi

This is the first time I've used vLite or anything like it for that matter and have to say what a great product.

I've come unstuck with the integration of drivers and I've followed what help I could find on it but just cant see what I'm doing wrong.

I've successfully slipstreamed SP1 and have told vLite to integrate drivers for my display card (ATI) and Audio (Creative Audigy 2ZS). I first extracted the .exe files I downloaded from their respective websites and then pointed vLite to the .inf files. There was one .inf file for ATI in a folder called 'Packages' and 4 .inf files for the audio card.

I clicked on 'Apply' and it said it was integrating the drivers etc. I created the ISO, burned it and then installed it. However the audio drivers were not installed and I have no sound. The display driver is the one that comes with Vista rather than the latest one I downloaded.

Am I on the wrong track or something or is there something else I needed to have done or should do?

thanks for any assistance

Hi again

I retried creating the ISO and it now seems to have taken up the drivers and integrated them in the new install. Not sure what I did wrong before.
