Customized install directories: Who to bribe for help?

I'm willing to pay good money for someone that can put me on "Easy Street" towards the solution of this requirement. I'd really like to be able to customize windows folders to my own liking, and to do this at the point of initial installation, with nLite.

I accept private email thru the board if you're inclined to haggle.
