AmigoHD Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 I have tried to create my own install disk a few times.Everytime I end up on that blue installations screen where I've been asked to put in A CD called Windows XP Professional SP2.What did I made wrong? Can I not use an already modded Xp Installation Disc and combine them with my .cab files and driver?Do it has to be my original XP Disc (which is very old ;-))?btw: When I click on Unattended I get a message "previuos unattended settings were found". Maybe it has someting to do with that? What I have to do that my installation continues straight from my created disk?
Kelsenellenelvian Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 #1 ALWAYS use a fresh clean unmodded source. (Slipsream SP* on and burn a new disk set that aside as a new source)#2 You always have to keep the i386 folder and the win51 files
