waderl Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 Ok, I have the ISO from MSDN with the SP1 integrated. I checked the SHA1 and it is correct no files seem to be missing.I could get the needed Data on my Harddisk. I chose HomePremium, 3seconds of waiting, than a Bluescreen followed by a restart.Does anyone else have the same trouble? And what am I doing wrong?
Sh4de Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 (edited) Same here but with Vista Business 32 bit(From msdn as well) ,I have blue screen exactly in the same moment as you have posted. Edited March 21, 2008 by Sh4de
nuhi Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 Uninstall antivirus or firewall with process protection.http://www.vlite.net/archive.html
Sh4de Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 Thanks for the tip , Comodo Firewall ftl in this case. ;/
nuhi Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 I use it as well and it does not break.BUT it is because of Defense+, just answer Simple Firewall on install or disable Defense+ in the options (there is total disable option, requires restart). Now funny thing is it works for me even when enabled, maybe because I am on Vista SP1 or using updated controls for vLite, out in next update.
qtr4333 Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 if it's Comodo's problem, are they going to fix it?
nuhi Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 It is MS problem but it makes it everyones problem.Comodo can do a bypass which I linked on my site.
