edit windows 2003 login box

when you log onto windows 2003 you get a box asking for your user and password. above that there is a picture. how do i edit it from saying windows 2003 server to something else

Same process as on windows xp - the bitmaps are in msgina.dll. There are instructions on this forum and elsewhere on the web on how to do so.
