after integrating windows updates and application file size is too big

my first time to use nlite and integrate windows updates and some application such as office2007,adobereader,winguard,yahoo messenger and after creating an iso image the size is too big 2.2gig

Wow integrated office. Well that alone is half the size

Try it without integrating anything then add things as you need them and observe the difference.
