runonceex not work after restart in WinXp SP2

Sorry my english, but i need yours help. I made runonceex.cmd on my own cd what work nice, but when i slepstream these cd latest hotfixes with Nlite, that runonceex.cmd stop work. First run winxp send logon message "then system could not log you on", when i insert autologin with oobe method, message not shoing, but runonceex still not work.

My own unattendedWinxp cd worked wihout any mesages with same winnt.sif file.

this runonceex.cmd nice work in another winxp instalation. What the problem??
