Just a couple of notes

1. skip can be problematic
   on my current system skip=2 is correct
   
2. I'd advise you to specify your delims and try to find one or more which are less likey to fail due to OS or language differences. If you know what you are looking for, (in this case an IP Address), you may have more success using Delims=.
   Vista for instance tends to use a series of spaces whereas XP uses tabs and although it's irrelevant in this case, it's worth noting.
