install vista from hard(setup.exe) 100%....but from boot cd do not wor

hiii how u doin every one

i have allrady made my vista but

when i use boot cd install stop after step 2(expending fill)

and show me messeg i dun know but some thing about install Language

by the way

i have allready added arabic language to vista
