Office Addon for customer support

Hi,

I am looking for an addon for a shared email address accessed through outlook. It should stamp the email with a name and time of whoever opens the email first. There should also be a way to tag the email based on status. This info should be shared across to anyone who access the folder.

Is there anything out there like this???

ive enever seen any software with that feature set that is made for outlook. based on what you listed as features, you may want to look at something webbased like OSTicket

if you dont want to run a webserver for it or cant run it off your webserver, you might look at Microsoft Groove (included in some editions of office 2007) itll allow for some of the collaboration you need but im not sure if it can be integrated into an email account/outlook

thanks for replying. i found some other program that works through outlook called public folder help desk. hopefully that will work.
