(RogueSpearAddonsRuntimes - error: .ini )when integrating PLease help

CAn someone please tell me how to add RogueSpearAddonsRuntimes to my cd. I tried nlite and Ryan rm but all I get with ryan is error .ini .And with nlite it will not even load in the interface. RogueSpearAddonsRuntimes(dotnetaioaddons is the file name) is a svpack.Can someone please show me step by step how to add this to my cd. I have to add this first befoer WGA addon.Can someone please show me the eastest way to get this addon integrated PLease.
