Sysprep & Ghost Vs. WinPE installs

I have to ask because i am confused, i currently have an image that works on every system in our ORG, i currently use sysprep and ghost, what could i benefit by using WinPE, seems like that method takes longer as i can have an image on a box in 15 minutes.

If you have one image that woks on all then you would benefit little from an unattended install. The possible advantages are ease of updating windows and drivers and the fact that you don't have to do anything for it to work across differing system HAL's.
