Came across these tweaks after finding some useful direct links to download all the xp updates since SP2 for nLite on the same site.

Some of them seem obvious but others like reducing Applications Autorunning on Startup made a difference for me.

Odd website. When you get to the page on open source programs, it lists nLite. It isn't. They might want to check the other listed software.
