Please Help! uploadm.exe?

First of all, I am new to this so bare with me. I did a couple of nLite XPs, but I have this weird error:

"Windows cannot find 'C:\Windows\PChealth\uploadlb\binaries\uploadm.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search"

I tried everything that I can think of...At first I thought it was because I selected something that I wasn't suppose to for removal. I finally did one where I didn't touch anything, but just made a ISO of the windows CD. Even that, gave me the same error?????

I am about to give up, please help me

I use a legit Retail copy of WinXP Pro SP2, and are using Virtual PC 2007 for testing.

Ok, I will need your preset used (last session.ini from that CD), please attach it.
