SBS 2003 As a workgroup

I have installed SBS 2003 server as a workgroup but now am unable to add additional licences.

The Add licence wizard in not available. Can anybody help me please

SBS2003 needs to be a domain controller. How do you even make it operate as a workgroup server w/o it shutting down every 2-3 hours, in violation of the EULA. Or are you using Windows Home Server, which is a special build of SBS2003?

it doesn't shut down at all. It works alright. just can't find where to put

in the extra licences. do you know anyway to add licences since the

add licence wizard does not work
