Size of the taskbar

I have a question concerning the size of the taskbar with the unattended installation Windows XP (taskbar in 2 lines and I need that the quicklanch was on 1st line, and opened programs - on the second):

After export/import of parametres to sections of the registry with the unloaded and not unloaded explorer:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects2

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams\Desktop

Occurs nothing, also occurs nothing if to export/import not CURRENT_USERа, and USERS.

Tried to put at first the registry tweak with unlocking the taskbar, then import of the parametres set forth above, then lock the taskbar - too does not work.

Tried a variant with export/import of section and subsections too unloaded and not unloaded explorer

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer - Too any effect

Help me please with the given question.
