are the cmpnents & value files usefull or can I delete them for an unattended CD creation of XPSP2 ?

Yes and yes. They can be useful, but you can safely delete them if you don't use them.

I USE MY PC ONLY FOR INTERNET, OFFICE 2007, CD AND DVD BURNING, MUSIC LISTENING AND P2P.

NO NETWORK,

IN THAT CASE, IS IT SAFELY TO DELETE THEM ?
