Language Removal Question

When browsing the language removal options, United States English does not appear.

My guess, though it is simply that, is that it is the default, and is therefore not able to be removed.

Either that, or that option does not exist, and I need to leave in another English language file.

I'd appreciate a quick answer to tell me what the deal there is.

I also do not see a United States/International Standard 102 Key Keyboard Layout.

Same question. Standard, or which option should I leave?

It hides the default country language and keyboard for your own protection. For example now you can select all and not worry.
