pctech360 Posted February 3, 2008 Posted February 3, 2008 Can you help me. I am creating my first Unattended XP, following closely the MSFN Unattended XP Guide and have had no problems so far. However, I have now came to the Intermediate Introduction which starts by discussing the OEM Preinstallation. It then says "We will be using the $OEM$ distribution folders to install our favorite software, drivers, and registry tweaks." At that point I looked at my Local installation source and there are no $OEM$ distribution folders. Where have I gone wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.
Kelsenellenelvian Posted February 3, 2008 Posted February 3, 2008 You MUST create those folders by yourself...
pctech360 Posted February 3, 2008 Author Posted February 3, 2008 You MUST create those folders by yourself...I wondered if that was the case, but I assumed that if I did have to create them that the MSFN guide would have mentioned it. Do you know exactly which ones I need to create? Thanks for your help.
Grake Posted February 3, 2008 Posted February 3, 2008 http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/18/Eventually if you follow that you'll end up creating all of the mentioned folders inside $OEM$, might as well create it all.
