What exactly are you trying to do? To me it sounds like you could better use AutoIT, but this is only based on the little information which you supply.

I don't want to use this for silent istall .. but for doing some thing in program was istalled before ..

or a tools for doing some thing silently ..

You cannot use batch scripting for that I'm afraid. You could use Visual Basic for example, or AutoIT, et cetera.
