No connection

Here's my situation...I am on line ALWAYS with RoadRunner. However and for the past two weeks I have been getting (occaisionally) maybe tweice out of ten times the following.

A little box stating "No connection to the Internet is currently available".

And I have a choice to "Work off line" or "Try Again"

When I select "Try Again" I immediately go on line.

That is crazy because I am always connected thru cable and RoadRunner.

Any help??
