Microsoft words

I’ve got Microsoft works version 8.5 installed in my new computer running windows vista. In my old computer running windows xp I’ve got Microsoft works version 7. I use a lot the calendar to remind me of upcoming appointments. I ‘d like to ask if it is possible to transfer all my appointments stored in Microsoft works 7 to Microsoft works 8.5 installed in my new computer? If there is no way to do this then I have to rewrite all my appointments one by one in the new version of Microsoft works.
