I have seen some really slick start buttons.

Can you all post screenies and maybe downloads of them? Maybe a tutorial.

This is a design I will be using on my custom XP Theme as a Start Button.

The download file includes the three button states (Normal, Over, Pressed) on PNG format, and the same images ready to be applied on a Shellstyle using Resource Hacker or similar. Use Fireworks CS3 to modify them.
