Uninstalling XPize after updating Windows XP

After applying XPize, if you update Windows, some system files will be newer than XPize's backup. Then what would happen if uninstalling XPize?

Run the XPize Reloader before uninstalling.

This will backup the newer copies of any files that have been patched.
