XP Install Error Log

Just curious to know,

If there was an error that the install of XP couldn't copy a file, is it stored in a log file?

As an example, Windows cannot copy x.dll, Press Esc to skip file and continue install.

And if so, where would it be stored?

Maybe memory leak? I think when the files copied from XP cd to the hdd, "Windows can not copy X.dll" may because of the RAM... Any idea?

Probably in setuperr.log or one of the other log files in your Windows dir.
