Integrate Win2003 + SP2 + R2 + IE7

I finally got Win2003 R2 from MSNAA and I need to install it soon in vmware for the LAN administration class I'm taking

I've seen various threads on integrating Win2003 and SP2 and R2.

I think I need to copy R2 files into the installation source so I tried that.

I then used nlite to slipstream SP2 on top of that.

Does all of this sound right?

What about slipstreaming IE7?
