sedret Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Hi to you all, the problem I have is this. I own an Ultimate version of Vista (genuine) that came with my pc. I copy from the dvd all the files into a folder. I open vLite and in the welcome screen I press browse and walk through the path of the Vista folder. I click on the version and when I press OK, it scans for a while and then my PC crashes. I have already vista installed and I've tried doing the same through the DVD. I have reinstalled vLite and wimfltr several times, but it always crashes my comp. Do you know what may be happening? Thanks in advance for any effort...
nuhi Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 As stated on the homepage it's the NTFS bug, antivirus issue.More info on vlite.net "Reboot on browse"Only way to bypass is to uninstall the antivirus (or firewall, whatever is causing it since today's firewalls check files as well), and if you care report the solution found on the vlite.net to them.
