is there any way to add in ms office and other basic programs like fiefox, opera, foxit pdf reader, etc.. along with the vista dvd??

It doesnt have to be automated.

also in windows explorer (Vista 32bit) does anyone know how to change the default view to "list" for all the folders??

you can use imagex,open install.wim,and then add some soft into it.
