Call of Duty Demo Models

I downloaded the call of duty burnville demo.I have Lightray3d and want to import the models.Where are they?I uncompressed this file and found the xmodel folder.There are are xmodels there,just files with not extension.Where are xanim too?

I found Call of Duty Tools but how do I get my own converted files?
