Unfocused process slow response

What topic title already says - process without focus runs very slow, when it gains focus it runs normally.

When have program on my secondary display (and i work as usual on my primary display) that i control with remote controller i have slow responses. When i click on it (so it gains focus) everything work as it is supposed to work.

I tried set process priority to realtime, but it didn't helped.

Do you know how to fix it, please?

CPU usage is about 3% all the time.

Am i only one who still have problems and fight with computer? Do i need to much from it? It looks like computers are not enough advanced to do things that I WANT them to do in this step of computer developent.
