tronpxs Posted January 8, 2008 Posted January 8, 2008 I have tried to create an XP CD for the last day with out any luck. It goes through the process fine and creates a burnable and bootable ISO file. It starts the install, formats the drive, and installs all files. Once it hits the reboot though I get errors similar to this thread.http://www.msfn.org/board/Integrate-IE7-re...ota-t88472.htmlThe kicker is I tried doing nothing but having nlite make me an ISO with nothing selected at all. No patches, bug fixes, or anything removed. I tried no compression and various other options. I even tried a known good OEM disk and nothing works. I then did the same thing but let nlite move the files off the CD and even another time I used teracopy so I knew the files were good. When I install just using the CD everything works just fine with out fail. Only the nlite ISO fails. I got tired of burning CDs on try 3 so I have been testing in VMware.I also tried to do this on two seperate machines one a Dell machine and another a machine I built. Both have no issues with any other software.Any help would be appreciated.
