Removing languages from windows cd - what functionality do I lose?

What functionality do I loose if I use nLite to remove all languages except my own and english (Danish and English (United Kingdom)) and from the Windows XP cd??

Is it only the localized settings like currency, number format, time format, date format ect. or ?
