Re-enable "Disable Tracking of most used programs"

I recently used nLite to make a customized installation of Windows XP, but there is one tweak I selected accidentally.

It is: "Disable tracking of most used programs" (in tweaks menu under privacy)

Because of this, there's no list of commonly used programs in the start menu (it's just a white space).

I've already tried editing the registry using the following instructions, but it did not fix the problem:

Delete the NoStartMenuMFUprogramsList & NoInstrumentation values in the following keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer

Is there any other possible way for me to fix this without requiring a reinstall?

To revert the tweak, merge a *.REG file with this content:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
