Hung up?

My first time trying this.

I downloaded and installed nlite, and the xable update pack. When I run it to install the update pack, it seems to be hung on agentsvr for over an hour. is this normal?

UPDATE: Seems to be indefinate. Process explorer doesn't show any activity.
