file fdc.sys could not be found

hey guys. So I'm new to the slipstreaming service packs and modifying install discs. I read over the guides and it seemed easy enough so I burned an iso with windows xp pro + sp2 slipstream + rvm hotfixes, but when I tried to run it, it gave me an error, "file fdc.sys could not be found", and then it says setup failed and the computer has to restart.

At first, I tried to remove some of the default windows programs that I don't need like tape drives and pcmcia, but the install failed and said pcmcia.sys could not be found, so I decided to keep nearly everything except the excess languages. Now it just says fdc.sys could not be found - I've tried three different ISO burns with different copies of sp2, but it gives me the same error. Does anybody know what's up?
