can't install any modem or bluetooth

I've been running an nlited OS for over a year and it's been running great with all of my apps. More recently, I've needed remote access via dialup and bluetooth and I've been having a ton of trouble getting the drivers working. I've tracked it down to something I removed when I made my nlite cd. It seems that I removed a modem component which is preventing any modem driver or bluetooth from installing. It's really, really frustrating as I can't reinstall everything without losing over two weeks of work reinstalling everything.

Is there any way to reinstall the modem component without a complete reinstall? I've noticed that other people have had similar troubles with nlite with other components. It seems to me such an essential utility for a program like nlite since many users will accidentally take out too many things on an initial nlite cd and users waste many hours reinstalling windows and applications and regenerating nlite cds. I must have gone through 30-40 nlite cds before settling on my final one. But the most frustrating thing is when you find out much later and there's nothing you can do to fix it.

Nuhi, I hope there is some way to fix this in the future. I love nlite, but it would be so much more useful for many of us if we could fix the problems that inevitably come up by stripping windows too much. Ideally, there would be some way to add any default component from a windows cd to a existing windows installation and/or an nlite cd. If it can be removed, there must be a list of files and registry settings necessary to reinstall it. It is really only necessary for components that are part of a default install.

Anyway, if anyone has any ideas on how I can get my modems working again, I would be very grateful! Thanks!
