Offer Remote Assistance is not working

I have prepared Windows Xp Professional CD by nLite ver.1.4.1 with only few Tweaks such as Boot and Shutdown, Desktop, Explorer, IE, Visual Effects, WMP, etc., unattendend configurations such as Setup Look (Black Background, Classic) and also XP patches and drivers integration.

I did not removed any Applications, Drivers, Hardware Support, Keyboards, Languages, Multimedia, Network, OS Options, Services, Directories, did not changed TCP/IP number of simultaneous connections, USB Port Polling Frequency, SFC settings (all remain default)

The problem is that from computer installed with XP prepared by nLite in above way it is not possible to Offer Remote Assistance. Computer is a member of Active Directory domain, all settings associated with Remote Assistance are set correctly because from another computer installed from original XP setup CD it is possible to Offer Remote Assistance, so it is no matter of security settings or XP firewall.

As I remember from XP CD prepared by nLite version prior to 1.3 with the same settings it was possible to use Offer Remote Assistance.

When I put the name of the computer I want to provide Remote Assistance and click Connect I got the massage: "The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable". Normal behavior should be that clicking Connect button should show next information: "Several users are logged onto "computer-name". Select the user you want to assist" and button "Start Remote Assistance" appears. In case where only "The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable" message shows there are no information about users who are logged on nor "Starts Remote Assistance" button.
