AD1985
Hi,I have an excel file that is set to wrap text.A problem with this setting is it seems to lengthen the cell if the text is wide enough that it is close to requiring another row (but doesn't need it) This messes up the format that I want.Is there any way to lock the cells so they can not auto-resize?Thanks

AD1985
Well I tried what the link suggested, but that "locking" was different from what I was asking about. It was showing how to stop the cells from being resized (or otherwise modified) by people. I'm trying to prevent the cells from being resized by excel. So that doesn't help. I tried typing and the cells still resized themselves. Is it possible to stop Excel from auto resizing?
