how to convert CAB update to MSU package?

many update I download from Windows Update links are CAB packages.

I wan to make it MSU package so that I can double click to install it.

i have try to compress CAB and the XML file to a new CAB, and rename it MSU, but it cannot be installed...

who know this???

you can install cabs with the pkgmgr.exe without problems.
