WinPE and Starting... text

Hi,

As you know there is "Starting Windows Preinstallation Environment" or "Starting Bart PE" text displayed with loading bar when starting Windows PE. Where is this text located and can I change that via editing hex or some other way.

the text is located in textsetup.sif

for winpe.
