depending upon the application it is not likely going to happen. You can sometimes get past the file and folder permissions but if it has to write to protected portions of the registry you'll be out of luck without admin rights.

Most anything you install will be available to all users of the computer, or at the least any administrators, unless you encrypt the installation folder or something like that. Also, it's very, very hard to install most programs without Administrator power, or at the least a Power Users account. May I ask why you're trying to do this?
